Overview
This modernist new-build house was fully redesigned, renovated and furnished from the inside out. The existing layout and technical elements were outdated, leading to a complete rethink of the spatial structure, including walls, doorways and electrical planning. The project included the design of all key spaces, from kitchen, bathroom and toilet to custom-built furniture, creating a cohesive and well-considered interior throughout.
The Idea
The aim was to create a calm and timeless base, where simplicity and clarity define the space. This foundation is enriched through the use of natural materials, subtle patterns and soft, sculptural forms. A mix of second-hand and newly designed elements adds depth and character, while carefully selected art pieces and objects bring in colour and personality. Custom details and unique wall pieces complete the interior, resulting in a space that feels warm, balanced and quietly expressive.
